"Dr. Watkins has provided a tool that will serve as a guide to those who are considering therapy, those new to therapy, and those like myself in need of a therapy refresh. If the reader actively engages in the exercises provided, it is certain that the counseling/ coaching experience will be one leading to self-awareness and a road to fulfillment."

"This journal's counseling preparation section is invaluable. I wish I had this sooner in my journey instead of piecing together information from Google and YouTube University. It would've been so helpful back then and even now. I'm actually going to use some of the assessments to do a review of where I am."
