Have you been looking for an opportunity to work in private practice?
Here at Sister WELLS, we are committed to providing our clients with the tools to care for themselves while working through the painful areas that may leave them feeling fragile and hopeless, helping them find strength and healing. We believe our clients have the strength within themselves to heal and we are committed to working together to create the life you want to have.
We also work to uphold a culture of openness, connection and lifelong learning within our team, working to bring our clinicians together in ways that are supportive and not overly competitive. We trust that the clients who are intended for each of us will find us.
We believe in a perspective of abundance and growth, for our clients and ourselves.
We believe in the importance of self-reflection and awareness, committing to work toward living a life of anti-racism and greater equity.
We commit to adequate self-care for ourselves so that we can serve our clients well.
We commit to practicing with vulnerability while keeping and teaching healthy boundaries.
As a team, we commit to protecting each other as we grow personally and professionally together.
In working with us, you will find a supportive team of clinicians and administration, consistent referrals, easy to use EHR, a flexible work environment, competitive rates of pay, peer consultation and reflective supervision, but perhaps most importantly – you would be a part of a team who LOVES what we do!
