Wellness Coaching- 6 Sessions
$50/Session
- Free initial consultation
- 6 Session Package $300.00 ($50.00 a session)
- Initial Session (1 hour); Four 30-45 minute sessions every other week; Closing Session (30 minute)
- Lasts 2-3 months
Wellness Coaching- 10 Sessions
$50/Session
- 10 Session Package $500.00
- Initial Session (1 hour)
- Eight 30-45 minute sessions, every other week
- Closing Session (30 minute) FREE!
- Lasts 3-4 months
One-time Hourly Coaching
(No follow-ups) $75/Hour
- Need help starting or finishing a goal, then try-out the one-time Hourly Coaching session, with no follow-up! At $75 an hour, this service is great for the motivated person.
Group/Partner Coaching (2+People)

10 Sessions $200/Person
Individual Initial Session (1 hour); Group Initial Session (30 minutes); Eight 30-45 minute sessions (2 sessions first month, Closing Session – Free
Option B
12 Sessions $250/Person

Resume Core Package Includes*:
A thorough 60-90-minute telephone consultation where we discuss career accomplishments and next-step goals.

- A custom Resume geared toward a targeted position.
- Updated Reference list
- A follow-up phone call for edits, corrections, and clarifications.
- The resume in Microsoft Word (.doc), PDF, and plain text format (.txt) and the cover letter in Word (.doc) and plain text (.txt).
- Indefinite file retention for future updates (and backup in the event of a computer crash, canceled email accounts or lost files).
- No charge updates to phone number or addresses.
- Turnaround Time for Resume Completion: 14-21 Business Days
Please Note:
- Frequently, I am asked to “just update” resumes written by the client or another resume writer. Due to the diversity in writing styles, verbiage and constantly evolving formatting techniques, I usually DO NOT OFFER THIS SERVICE for resumes I have not written but I will entertain requests.
- If you are a returning client, I do updates to documents I wrote as listed above. We’ll need to discuss current goals and target to determine the most equitable way to revise your presentation.
- ***If it has been more than 18 months to 2 years since your last update, you’ll probably need a whole new document.

- Interview Prep/Coaching (Without resume/cover letter package) – $50.00 per half hour; Includes handouts covering possible interview questions, what YOU should ask during the interview.

Expedited Services range from $30.00-$50.00 extra, on top of the base price for the services you desire.

- Recommended for those with 2-7 years’ work experience but non-supervisory or managerial.
Resume Advanced Package

- Recommended for those with 8+ years’ work experience but non-supervisory or managerial.
Resume Executive Package
