I approached SisterWELLS, because I was looking for a career advancement as a counselor employed in higher education. They were pivotal in providing expert advice during interview preparation and presentation development. Having fellow women of color model the level of confidence and authenticity I hoped to emulate, while asking the tough questions and supporting me through the process was definitely the catalyst I needed in this phase of my career exploration.
