SisterWELLS has provided me with not only practical steps in advancing my career, but invaluable encouragement during times of self-doubt. I approached SisterWELLS, because I was looking for a career advancement as a counselor employed in higher education. They were pivotal in providing expert advice during interview preparation and presentation development. Having fellow women of color model the level of confidence and authenticity I hoped to emulate, while asking the tough questions and supporting me through the process was definitely the catalyst I needed in this phase of my career exploration. I got the job! If you are looking for personal or professional advancement, SisterWells can provide the support you need.

Dr. Elbert’s compassion and desire to see others grow has contributed to the careers of many young women in health care and higher education. Her commitment even extends beyond that of a Coach. Many others including myself, have reached back to her for advice, guidance and recommendations to be met with open arms. She continues to develop the blueprint for the foundation of successful mentorship, which is evident by the success of many of her mentees she has coached. Outside of being a professional Coach and Mentor, she has extended her friendship and taught many of us life lessons. Dr. Elbert is an intelligent professional with a huge heart making a positive impact in any organization she is a part of.
